I'm a super energetic, creative soul.
Lover of all living things and hugely inspired by good people, nature and the universe. I have a million passions and am lucky to be able to do one of them as a job, which makes it not a job.
Spending time with so many luvdup couples on one of the most important and love filled days of their lives is a hugely positive experience to be involved in and something I feel extremely grateful for at the end of each wedding. It's a nice buzz!
I've always had a deep need to create and express and
shooting weddings allows me to fulfil the need to create, while being enthralled in the magic of capturing all the special moments and telling the story about the true connection between the two of you.
There's never a wedding that I don't get so caught up in the emotions that it effects me the same way.
Weddings are filled with so many meaningful moments and the fact that I get to capture them and hand them onto you to be remembered forever is super rewarding.

I'm Jason
I'm not just a photographer on your day.
I'm someone that cares deeply about you both having the most amazing day possible.
Making sure your day runs smoothly and with as many laughs and fun times as possible is my whole focus on your big day.
Photography gives me a medium where I can experience instant gratification with things that stimulate and inspire me, angles, colours, textures, shapes, tones etc.
Shooting weddings was a logical progression as it gives me all those things but with the added bonuses of emotions, story telling and creating deep meaningful memories for the people involved.... you!
I focus a lot on helping create an environment in which the two of you, your family and friends not only feel totally comfortable but are on top of the world and just simply enjoying everything that your big day has to offer.

MY PHILOSOPHY
When I'm not shooting weddings, a million things inspire me.
Life! It's crazy!
Art, music, design, plants, gaming, meditation, keeping healthy etc etc etc fill my spare time. Too many things to go into detail.
More recently i've been diving more and more into buddhist teachings and the shaolin way of life, simplifying things and focusing on health and wellbeing, both mind and body and movement. Reversing the age thing is a big priority for me, so I can enjoy whatever I want to enjoy into the future without limitations!
On your wedding day what inspires me?
It's simple...... Both of you, your family and your friends and capturing as many special moments of your day as i can for you is what inspires me.
On your day I really enjoy learning about what connected you all and brought you all to this day. Watching the emotions and energy of everyone involved.
It's one of the most positive days of your lives and it's always nice to be around.
YOUR Story will be very different from the one before and that's what gets me pumped, always having new photographs to create in as many different and impactful ways as i can for you, I love it!!
You will end up with so many amazing photos that will help you to relive your day for the rest of your lives and to pass on to generations to come.
I'm far from your average photographer that just turns up to take some pics at your wedding.
I'm fully invested!
I'm your timekeeper for the day and will make sure everyone's relaxed and having fun as we're all there for the same reason, to celebrate you both and have an amazing day!
I like turning up a bit earlier so it gives me time to get to know the people involved, it helps me know who is most important to you both and who to look for as the day progresses.
Planning your day out so there's no reason to feel rushed is something I help you with.
Creating a very honest visual representation of all the things that make up your day, from the people to the details, capturing the style and essence of everyone and everything involved is what I'm totally focused on.
I have a huge amount of energy and passion and will do everything to help your day run as smooth and as fun as possible but also being distant enough to let things happen naturally.
Having shot hundreds of weddings gives me the experience to anticipate a lot of moments before they happen and knowing what works and what doesn't solves a lot of problems that come up during the day. Planning and positivity is key.

I'm not going to sit here and tell you how much i love coffee and cats and dogs, I'm sure you've already read that a thousand times while searching for photographers.
I do like those things but I love a million things.....
If i have to quickly throw down some things that at the moment truely inspire and stimulate me they'd be Techno, Graffiti, Gaming/VR, Snowboarding, Traveling, Art and Design in all forms, Nature/animals, Keeping healthy, Meditation, The Universe, Life, Where we're all heading, The future! too many things.......
